SacInteractive -- Minecraft Plugins: Not Your Parent's Summer Job

August 10, 2016

Next week at SacInteractive, Caleb Brock is coming back to give a talk titled "Writing Minecraft Plugins: Not Your Parent's Summer Job".

Summer jobs used to mean kids taking on entry level jobs such as flipping burgers or bagging groceries. The younger generation may be redefining just what a summer job can be. Caleb Brock, a sophomore at Mira Loma High School, will share how he built up his coding skills and turned the definition of a summer job on its head. He'll share how he's making money from coding within a specific niche, lessons learned and advice for teens wanting to get into coding.
